Sirinity walked through the mountains. She really didn't have a need to be here nethier did she care. It was something that she had just done. It was something tha she wanted to understand. The love story.....or some now called it the death story. Elliot and Lillian. The story of ages the boundry of all the fighting. Why it had happened no one knew, why it had ended the way it had a legend. Sirinity understood the two though. She herself was experiencing something of the same magnitude. She had fallen for a sea hound. She herself being a Siren. It was stupid and foolish but how could she not. She still didn't know Ceasur but she had aquired feelings for him. Forbiden Love. Forbiden The word seemed so cold to Sirinity now. She understood how the two felt. To really care for someone admist the fighting. Trying to find hope when none was clearly visable. The two were heroes in Sirinity's eyes. What they had done to stay together that was truly the legend............

Caesar prowled the base of the mountain happily, four strong paws strolling through the snow and kicking up white clouds of the pretty ice crystals wherever they landed. His thick mane hung loosely around his body, making both very visible in the snow, but keeping him warmer than could have ever hoped for with a fur cloak. It kept the snowflakes off his body, though some of them clung to his fur and danced upon his whiskers. A familiar smile crept over his furry lips when he saw a person not thirty feet away. He took shelter behind a sheet of ice and bellowed a great and mighty roar, loud enough to shake the air. Then he put his paws over his muzzle and waited, his head buried in the snow as he tried not to laugh.

Sirintiy turned. The roar roamed through the air. Birds escaped what little trees there were. Each one Screeching and cawing like they were being skinned alive. The roar had only startled Sirinity. She hadn't been afraid or even jumped at the noise. It had more or less pulled her out of her thoughts. Sirinity had already seen a pretty good few beasts. The sound was that of a lions so it did not bother Sirinity. She turned and continued walking up the mountain as if she had never heard anything at all.

Caesar watched, open jawed. Whoever this person was, they possessed great bravery. Either that or they were deaf. So, he decided to do something that he never did when he was in this form. Have a little more fun. He jumped from the ice sheet and began to creep up the trail, following the girl. He stalked and crouched as if the puny snowflakes might hide him, and knew perfectly well how very visible he was. He wondered what she might think to a great beast hunting her down. He wouldn't, of course, but still. He wished to see her reaction, and awaited it in anticipation.

Sirinty knew something was following her. She really didn't care. It was probably that lion. Sirintiy stopped. She was never going to get what she came here for done if it wouldn't leave her alone. Sirinity stopped and turned to face the lion. Her hair shifted with the wind as it picked up. She stared the lion down as if to say 'look if you want something say it now or get lost'. Sirinity didn't grab for a weapon or anything the feeling she got like she knew it. That was Sirinity's gift for you. If she had ever been anywhere or met someone before she could find it again. She would always get these wierd feelings. Just like the one now. She stepped closer to the lion so that her face was visable even in the snowstorm that was falling. Silently she asked "Who are you?"

Caesar's jaw dropped again as he realized it was Sirinity. His heart skipped a beat, and he crouched down lower in the snow now, not in a hunting stance, but almost a posture of respect. His eyes were wide. He hadn't been expecting it to be her. But then the mischeif returned to his face, and he stood. He walked behind her and put his head down and continued walking, so that she was slipped over his head and shoulders and could sit upon his back. He turned back at her and smiled a toothy grin. She wouldn't recognize him like this. And no one would recognize them together. He walked through the snow, ascending up the side of the mountain.

Sirinity's eye twitched a bit when the lion moved. But instead of attacking it bowed sort of... Sirinity really didn't know what to call it. Though she watched its eyes go wide. What was it thinking? Her question was left unanswered. But that was to be expected it was a lion after all. She watched with curiosity as it got closer. She didn't move. That's when it lifted her arm. Her arm was around it's shoulders. "What do you want?" Sirinity thought to herself. That's when it looked back at her. A big cheezy grin on it's face. She didn't really understand but what trouble could it be? Sirinity got on his back. It would put a dent in her plans but what the heck. Life was supposed to be an adventure right?

The lion's lips gripped her fingers lightly, pulling them down to his mane and urging her to hold on tightly. Then his paws began to speed up, dashing through the snow with sure-footed feeling. His shoulders followed them, back and forth like a horse's withers, never losing pace.
He carried her up the side of the mountain, to a cliff that he favored best. And when he got her there, he set her down to rest. His body lay in the snow, his forefeet off the ledge. His tongue hung as he pant, his teeth now visible with many a razored edge. His brown eyes looked back to the lady pirate, and then gazed on to the west. The light was now descending, to end the sun's daily quest.
Many a rainbow cast from the crystals, each one so pretty in the light. A dazzling aura of colors, the prologue to the night. The lion yawned, his teeth caught in the glimmer. How pretty it was to watch the sunset, as the snow began to shimmer. He stretched his paws and rested his head, and watched the prettier sight. To see the lady he brought with him, caught in the crystal light.

(wow...........have you ever thought of taking up poetry? Let's see if I can get one started)
The lions grip upon her hand soothed her aching heart. The wind in her face as they traveled a far, up the snowy hill. The beat of his paws a melody, upon the broken wind. Never slowing down, and never speeding up that was the beat of the song.
Up the mountain, and to a cliff that was made just right. She sat down upon the floor although the cold made her ache. She didn't show it though for she wanted to stay. The lion's grace and beauty a picture in her mind. Nothing could beat the sight not even the greatist mind. His teeth glittered against the sun, a thousand diamonds just waiting to be won.
The crystal's cast against the fading light. Brought memories both good and bad back to her heart. Her mother's old songs. Her father's departure. They were all but the same. Though in her heart she knew that they were what she knew. The memories of it all she would cherish forever more. But the thought that was breaking her came to very clear. "What will I do if I am ever found? What can I do to protect him from harm."she thought to herself but then she continued aloud. "I know what I want and yet I do not know what I desire. For what could make anyone happy when the one they care about is harmed?" Sirinity mustered. She knew she was talking to herself and yet she wasn't. She was speaking aloud as if the lion could speak back. "What would you do.." she started. "If the one you cared for would be harmed if he was with you?"

Caesar couldn't answer, not with his voice. But instead, he rose to his feet and went to stand beside her before settling down again and letting her rest against his belly. He was so much larger than her that his body seemed to surround hers. His back legs lay to her left, his head and forelegs lay to her right, and his back and belly were directly behind her, a pillow for her head. His mane rustled in the wind, and the coin around his neck clattered softly on the ice. He felt comfortable around her. A feeling that he hadn't felt before. What it was, he didn't know. But her voice soothed him, and made him want to comfort her.
(I write tons of poetry. I'm actually going to put them all into a book soon and do some independent publishing. It'll be cool. I'll show you when it's all finished.)

(I write a lot too. I'll pm you my latest poem)
Sirinity watched as the lion came up to her. What was he doing? Sirinity didn't know. Her gift had never been wrong before and she usually always remembered the people she met. And she never recalled meeting a lion. It made Sirinity ponder things again. Maybe was it an Animaga? Sirinity really didn't care at the moment. She liked the lion's warmth against her skin. SHe looked at it it's eyes shining in the night. What was it? Though the sound of a clatter on the floor made her look at the necklace. Around the lions neck was a coin. She had seen it before she knew but where? She couldn't remember. She gently placed her head against him. Sirinity looked at the glittering stars in the night sky. "If you really cared about someone would you be able to give them up to keep them safe? Many people have avoided that question, some just ignore it but it eventually resurfaces. To be honest I don't think I could." Sirinity said again outloud. It would kill her if Caesar ever got hurt. It was one of the things she feared the most and yet by caring about him she was putting him in even greater harms way. Sirinity continued talking somewhere inside her she knew the lion understood every word.

He put a great paw around her shoulders and listened, his ears turned towards her, not minding to any of the other sounds around them. The whistling wind, the dripping icicles, nothing of this could Caesar hear. Just her. When she asked another question, he tilted his head upward and pointed to Sorrow's Cave with his nose. His answer was clear. Elliot and Lillian couldn't give each other up. And they were happy until the very end. Then he looked back to her, ready to listen again.

Sirinity was surprised when the lion put a paw on her shoulder. She almost chuckled a bit when his ears flickered. It was kind of cute to watch. Though when he pointed to sorrow's Cave she knew he had understood her. He aparently had the same feelings she had toward that question. Sirinity smiled now she was getting advice from a lion. She started laughing out loud. When she finally stopped she thought about Ceasar. He was the only one that had ever made her laugh like that. That brought the memory back the coin she remembered where it was from. It was around Ceasar's neck when she first met him. Could it Be?!! Sirinity looked at the lion. Her eyes on his. As if her eyes were pering into his soul. "Your Ceasar...........arn't you?" Sirinity asked.

The lion didn't answer, simply cocked his head in confusion. He was enjoying listening to her, and knew that she wouldn't talk to him the way she was if she thought that it was he, Caesar the Sea Hound. He wanted to find out more about the one that she cared about. He wanted to listen more to her soothing voice. He still didn't know what this feeling was that she seemed to have placed within him somehow, and he wanted to figure it out before he told her who he was.
The lion looked at Sirinity as if he had just noticed something. His nose was a-sniffling like a dog's nose and he smelled her neck, where an aroma of perfume flooded his nostrils. His nose itched and twitched, before he had to look the other way and sneeze, a plume of snow exploding over his face. When he turned back to her, his face was completely white, and a smile covered his face no matter how badly he attempted to keep it from his lips.

Sirinity chuckled. He wasn't going to tell her. She knew that. Perhaps all he wanted was to get to know her, for her. Sirintiy shook her head. Caesar probably didn't even care about her the way she felt about him. Sirinity watched as the lion sniffed at her. And Sirinity couldn't help but smile at him. Then she couldn't take it anymore. Sirintiy started laughing when she saw his face covered with snow. "I always used to think aobut things to hard when I was little. My mom used to say if I over thought it I would blow up. Or at least my head would." Sirinity said chuckling. "You know..........it is kind of funny how the peole that you end up caring about are the ones that are the hardest to acquire......there is always something in the way." Sirinity said. Sirinity stood up. It was getting dark but she loved the stars. And thanks to her 'ability' she could find her way back even in it. She started walking but stopped to look back at the lion. "Your coming right?" she said smiling at him.
