This is the market place. Travelers come here to sell their goods (though most of it may be stolen). Sometimes, if the Pirates don't like a particular item that they've looted, they'll sell it here. Trading is also accepted among some. But watch out for scams and pick-pockets.

The Hall is not really a hall at all. It's an open street. All of the merchants here set up wooden stands to sell their inventory. Be careful. There's certainly some shady looking fellows in this part of town. But then again, there's shady fellows in every part of the land.
